Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Head of Geography to lead the department at a high-achieving secondary school in the Birmingham area. As the Head of Geography, you will be responsible for managing the department, developing the curriculum, and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. This role requires someone who can inspire both staff and students, while also contributing to the school's overall success.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Geography teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Leadership experience is preferred but not essential. You should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a track record of improving student outcomes. The ability to motivate and support colleagues is also important.
