Fire & Security Service Engineer

Location:

Stoke -On-Trent/Staffordshire

Salary:£34,000 – £36,000 + overtime, travel and on-call (salary negotiable dependent on experience)

Earning Potential: £36,000 - £45,000

Must have at least 2 /3 years’ experience in servicing/maintaining:

* Security/Intruder Alarm Systems (Galaxy) preferably a variety of different system types

* CCTV systems (Analogue and IP)

* Fire Alarm Systems (Advanced/Kentec) preferably a variety of different system types (Addressable & Conventional)

* Access Control Systems (Paxton)

Experience fault-finding and/or installing of the above systems an advantage

Also required:

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Excellent attendance record in previous employment

* Computer literacy (our engineers use PDAs)

* Be willing to have security screening undertaken (as per industry standard)

Day-to-day tasks

* will include routine maintenance and corrective call out jobs to electronic fire & security systems at a range of commercial, industrial and domestic sites. The role is Monday-Friday with an on-call rota for out of hours
