Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a PPA Teacher/TA4 on behalf of a fantastic primary school in the OL4 area to assist with larger class sizes during the Summer term. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher with experience working with children across EYFS to KS2. The ideal candidate will be confident in supporting students throughout the school and possess a solid understanding of the National Curriculum. The position is temporary and full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM), with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching and covering various classes across the school (KS1 and KS2, and potentially EYFS).
Planning and delivering engaging lessons based on the National Curriculum.
Communicating effectively with the Class Teacher and other Teaching Assistants throughout the school.
Building strong relationships with both students and staff.
Ensuring continuity in the delivery of high-quality education in the teacher’s absence.
Demonstrating strong work ethic, organizational skills, and commitment to raising educational standards.
Managing classroom behavior effectively.
Creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
ECT or qualified teacher with QTS or HLTA qualification.
Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
