Main Duties:

Supporting their growing base of small-to-medium clients
Working on exciting projects
Working on the fast-paced, buzzing ServiceDesk
Ensuring infrastructure and critical services are running smoothlyTech Stack:

Strong hardware skills
Virtual Servers - Hyper-V/VMWare
Networking
Routers/Switches
