We are currently seeking an Experienced Assistant Site Manager for a two-week holiday cover with a prestigious national housebuilder. This role is based on-site in St Leonards on Sea.

Role Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will assist in the smooth running of the site during the cover period. Key duties will include:

* Managing site inductions for all contractors and visitors.

* Overseeing snagging and inspections to ensure work is completed to high standards.

* Liaising effectively with contractors and customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

* Reporting directly to the Site Manager and ensuring that site operations continue seamlessly in their absence.
