Are you a Health & Safety expert with experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments? Do you have a strong background in ISO 45001 implementation and compliance? We are looking for an Interim Health & Safety Manager to join our automotive manufacturing facility and lead our health and safety efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with senior management to oversea all Health and Safety compliance and continuous improvement within a design and manufacturing facility running ISO 45001 standard.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Develop and deliver safety training programs across all levels of the organisation.

Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to drive safety performance.

What We're Looking For:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.

Proven experience in a health and safety management role within automotive or manufacturing industries.

Expertise in ISO 45001 standards, including auditing and implementation.

Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
