Pay: £27.00 p/h
We are recruiting for a Vehicle Evaluation & Customer Experience Engineer for one of our automotive clients based in Cranfield. You will be working for a globally recognised automotive company. This is a long-term contract role. The contract is on an ongoing basis a may run for several years.
Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Evaluation & Customer Experience Engineer:
- Deliver projects & testing activities to deadlines.
- Output professional engineering test and study results.
- Output professional automotive benchmark & market trend reports.
- Articulate (verbal & written) customer-based needs & requirements
Qualifications & Experience for the Vehicle Evaluation & Customer Experience Engineer:
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
- Ability to problem solve & make decisions based on fact & data.
- Ability to make clear and concise written reports and verbal explanation and recommendations.
- Understanding of vehicle development processes & vehicle performance attributes.
- Previous experience in UI/UX (User Interface & User Experience) development and/or automotive connected services is preferable
- Knowledge and experience of automotive industry
OTHER INFORMATION
- Core hours Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00. Friday 08:00-13:20.
- Hybrid working (3 days on site per week minimum), dependant on business needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English language in business environment.
- Flexibility to travel (preferred).
- Valid UK driving licence.
