Warehouse Handballer

Location: WN88DY
Hours of work- Mon-Fri 07.00-15.00, 30 mins unpaid break
Pay rate: £11.93 per hour.
Contract Length: Temporary to Permanent
Start date: ASAP

A huge National Logistics Supply Chain based in Skelmersdale are currently experiencing growth and are seeking several warehouse handballers with solid previous experience.

These positions will involve manually handballing heavy stock (up to 20 kg per box), transferring items from containers onto pallets, and shrink wrapping them.

Other duties:
Securely placing items on pallets.
Maintaining good inventory records.
Adhering to safety protocols while lifting and moving boxes.
Collaborating with team members to efficiently organise and store stock.
Performing routine equipment checks.
Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Previous experience within a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
"Can Do" attitude.
Excellent physical strength.
