CMA is recruiting for our successful Poole, Dorset based client who are in need of short-term temporary cover due to a busy period of growth within their expanding business.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be complimenting an existing finance team and enhancing this fast-paced accounts function.
What will the Temporary Finance Assistant role involve?
A high-volume environment, requiring accuracy and the ability to problem solve;
Working in a small close-knit team, processing both purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices;
Ensuring that invoices are allocated correctly, coded and ready to be processed;
Reconcile company credit card statements and process any employee expenses.
Suitable Candidate for the Temporary Finance Assistant vacancy:
Will have an experienced background in high volume processing;
This is an ideal position for a finance professional looking to utilise their knowledge in a fast paced business;
A keenness to join a close-knit finance team with a ‘can do’ attitude;
Confident user of Excel, Sage 50 and Xero.
