Description

Supervise the production process to ensure efficiency & quality
Lead and mentor a team to achieve set targets
Maintain safety standards inline with policy
Identify areas of process improvement
Support with planning of production schedule
Problem solve issues or delays in productionProfile

A education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
