We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team in UB1, London. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing high-quality childcare and fostering a nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
Lead and manage the nursery team, supporting staff development and training.
Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and safeguarding policies.
Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support each child's development.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
Maintain records and reports related to child welfare and nursery activities.
Requirements:

Previous experience in childcare or nursery management is a plus but not essential, as relevant training will be provided.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A passion for early years education and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations.
