Business Development Manager
£35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Car + Excellent Commission!

The Company
My client is a bespoke Foodservice business who are growing rapidly year-on-year both in terms of sales, people and also locations.
In order to continue this growth they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover an area of the Midlands – dependent on where about a you are based.
The business sells multi-temp products into Foodservice End Users.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
* Selling Food into the Foodservice End Users
* 60% of your role will be focussed on New Business Development and 40% will be focussed on developing, growing and maintaining existing accounts.
* Dealing with Chefs, Owners, Directors
* Full P&L responsibility for the accounts which come under your remit
* Hitting your individual objectives whilst equally contributing to the team’s goals and targets in terms of revenue and profitability
The Candidate
* You MUST have experience within Foodservice Field Sales
* You will be looking to move forward to a new challenge and not running away from something
* You must have a genuine passion for the industry
* You will have fantastic relationship building skills
* You must be tenacious and willing to apply the work ethic required to be successful
* You will incredibly driven and have the desire to work in a people-centric environment – you put in the hard work, you will get the support and rewards in return
* You will live within a commutable distance the Midlands
