Our client has an established track record for excellent residential developments. They are looking for a Senior QS for up to 6 months for their traditional build development in the Hampshire region.

The selected candidate will have a proven track record at Senior QS level ideally with Main Contractor or residential developer experience. A degree in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying would be advantageous.

Acting as the Senior QS on the project, you will be responsible for the full commercial scope. You will oversee procurement duties, account management and provide feedback on tendering costs and actual costs. You will also lead, plan and maintain all commercial administration.

This will be an immediate start for the selected candidate
