Quotes Co-ordinator •  Redditch • Permanent • Full-Time • Salary £25,100 per annum

An excellent opportunity for a Quotes Administrator has arisen to work within a forward-thinking company based in their Redditch office providing a seamless maintenance service within the food service industry. They are looking for someone to join their busy and fast-paced team on a permanent basis, this is a fantastic role that offers an exceptional working environment and progression opportunities for the right people.

The Quotes Co-ordinator day to day duties are as follows:

Receiving inbound calls from engineers, suppliers, and clients

Liaising with engineers on a technical level, taking their part requirements and providing critical manuals when needed

Sourcing & ordering of spare parts/materials for both commercial catering & refrigeration catering   equipment

Raising quotes to clients

Respond quickly & effectively to client queries

Liaising with Service Desk to Co-Ordinate Works

Updating In-House & External Systems with relevant Job Information for both Internal & External people.

The Successful Quotes Co-ordinator must have the following skills/experience:

Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable)

Factual

Methodical

Team Player

High attention to detail

Excellent telephone manner

Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience

Microsoft Office experience (Essential)

What’s on offer for the successful Quotes Co-ordinator?

Salary £25,100

Hours Mon-Friday 08.30-17.00 with a 30-minute break

Pension Scheme with contributions of 5% being matched by the company

25 days holiday with the addition to buy an additional 5 days.
