HUB LEAD
Job Type - Full-Time/ Fixed term
Contract Ends - 31st March 2025
Salary - £ 26,478 per annum
Hours - 35 hours (plus 5 hours paid lunch breaks)
Our ideal candidate would work between the hours of 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm, to support the management of our night staff team. However, we do welcome applicants looking for a 9-5 role, who would be able to work some evening hours.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and aspirational individual with housing management and people management experience. The successful candidate will lead our team within our 24/7 Hub that's sits within our Youth Housing team. This service is for young people 18-25, with low to complex needs including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
The applicant must be flexible, open to change, and have the ability to work collaboratively with others including their direct reports.
The ideal applicant should be patient and communicate well at all levels and have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and be confident when dealing with behaviour's that challenge.
You must also be able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with a wide range of people including providers in external agencies, with a strong background in arrear and tenure management.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a Hub Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of support and housing management services to young people, living within our supported accommodation sites across Nottingham City; line managing a team of up to nine staff.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all operational demands of the service are met in line with contractual requirements and ensuring that every young person is positively progressing through their journey with us, across our 81 units of accommodation.
You will be expected to lead on ensuring we are working within our voids and arrears targets, complying with Tenure Law, and abiding by our Housing policies and procedures.
As Hub lead, you will be responsible for the line management of night staff and ensuring our properties meet health and safety requirement through management of our day housing staff team.
To work with area, operational and central support teams, and liaise with a range of external agencies and partners with the aim of supporting people to achieve a successful move home or move-on and other measurable outcomes.
A Full Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential.
An Enhanced & Barred DBS check will be required for this role.
