Covering mainly the Commercial Fit Out sectors and operating in London & the Home Counties the company requires a Mechanical Estimator on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be pricing a range of projects with values from £3k to £8M. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding yet established business, with a strong pipeline of work in place.

Mechanical Estimator Overview/Requirements

* Pricing a range of commercial and industrial works up to £8M in value

* Operating a key player in the business

* Office based with site visits

* Previous Experience in a similar role

* Relevant Industry Qualifications

* CSCS Card

Mechanical Estimator Renumeration

* Salary £65-70k

* Company Car/Allowance
