Salary and Benefits Package:

Paying up to £35,000 basic salary, depending upon experience.

One of the UK's leading dealerships for Agricultural Equipment and Electric Utility Vehicles.

The Job Role Details:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to assist the Director with the day-to-day running of key accounts & customers for this specialist Agricultural Equipment dealership.

You will be part of a committed and hardworking team located at the Head Office in the Midlands.

You will be responsible for:

Customer Relations: Manage daily customer interactions, including handling technical queries, sales of parts and accessories, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Sales Management: Manage incoming sales enquiries for both new and used machinery, providing a seamless purchasing experience. Whilst the focus will be on the Agricultural customers, there may be a requirement to support the electric/bike business too as and when required.
Administration: Management of CSR systems, invoicing, order processing and general administrative duties.Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:

Agricultural / Groundcare Equipment Industry Experience: Previous experience in the agricultural, 4x4, or plant machinery industries is preferable.
Technical Knowledge: Ideally, you will have technical knowledge of machinery, whether from a mechanical or sales background.
Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-focused environment, with the ability to handle both B2B and B2C relationships.
