MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Durham area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for an ongoing position.

The Role:

* Attend pre shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead

* Report any issues which may occur during shift back to team leaders

* Working in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment

* Quality checking and inspecting all products, checking for any issues and faults

* Meet companies’ high standard and deadlines

* Picking, preparing and quality assurance of items for orders and dispatch

* Labelling and assisting couriers and customers collecting from the warehouse

* Assisting with receiving goods in and checking for quality and quantity

* Perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties throughout the day

* Able to work as part of a team and/or individually to meet company high standard

* General housekeeping duties, ensure workspace is kept clean and safe at all times

* As Warehouse Operative you will complete stock checks and cycle counts updating the system accurately.

* As a Warehouse Operative you will be working with your team to maintain a clean, safe working area.

The Person:

* Warehouse Experience

* Manufacturing understanding

* Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably has used warehousing software previously

* Good verbal communication skills

* Strong work ethic and team player

* Ability to take & follow instructions

* 06:00 – 14:00pm

* 14:00pm to 22:00pm

The Pay:

* £12.87 per hour
