A respected Construction Consultancy based a short walk from Holborn station is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their award-winning team. This role involves a Senior Project Manager delivering Projects within both the Private and Commercial Sector.

The Consultancy firm is renowned for delivering Projects from inception-completion for well-respected businesses, within the sectors of Financial Services, Retail Grocery and Residential/Commercial.

The Company:

The Senior Project Manager will be a crucial part of the Project Management team and oversee various Projects such as full Office fit outs for Private equity firms, whilst having the ability to liaise with internal and external teams and report to stakeholders.

The leading Construction Consultancy are known for executing high-quality Projects within the Private/Commercial Sectors and Cat A and Cat B fit outs.

Senior Project Manager Role:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing various projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards. The Senior Project Manager will need to have a strong background in the private sector and significant experience with CAT A and CAT B fit outs. The role requires an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager who can hit the ground running and manage their own projects effectively.

You will be responsible for:

Overseeing project scope and ensuring timely delivery
Liaising with clients and contractors throughout the project life cycle
Managing project budgets and schedules
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Conducting regular progress meetings and reporting updates to stakeholdersThe Senior Project Manager Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the private and commercial sector
Extensive knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit outs
Construction Consultancy background would be ideal
A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction would be preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat would be offered:

£65,000-£75,000 per annum salary package
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Annual bonuses - up to 12.5%
