Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: £11.64 per hour
Location: Loughborough

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

* Monitor patients' health by checking vital signs and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff.

* Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role.

* Compassionate, patient, and able to communicate effectively with patients and their families.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Must be eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred but not required)
