My client is an award-winning M&E contractor delivering projects nationwide. They provide all types of M&E solutions across mechanical and electrical projects
They have an opportunity for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their team and work on a range of newly secured M&E projects across the Northwest.
As a Mechanical Site Manager, your role will include:
Must have a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
Managing the M&E package on a new build apartment block.
Toolbox talks and safety audits: Lead regular safety discussions and site inspections.
Subcontractor management: Oversee subcontractors and ensure smooth work progress.
Problem-solving: Address technical issues and find effective solutions on-site.
Project alignment: Ensure work follows the project plan, timeline, and safety standards.
Invoicing and payments: Approve mechanical work invoices and manage contractor payments.
Material procurement: Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Budget tracking: Manage resources to stay within budget.
Quality control: Monitor work quality, ensuring it meets project specifications.
Coordination: Work with other trades to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth integration.
Client updates: Maintain communication with clients and provide project status updates.
