Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious ADT Operator with a valid Blue CPCS Card to join our team in Grantham. The ideal candidate will have experience operating articulated dump trucks on construction sites and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate articulated dump trucks (ADTs) in a safe and efficient manner.
Transport materials, soil, and other loads to and from designated areas.
Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed.

Requirements:

Valid Blue CPCS Card for ADT operation.
Proven experience operating ADTs on construction sites.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices in construction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks when required.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
