We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef and manager to join our client’s dynamic kitchen team.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, leading a team of cooks, and ensuring top-quality food production. If you have a passion for cooking, strong leadership abilities, and a drive to create outstanding dining experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide kitchen staff in daily food preparation
Design and develop creative menus that cater to customer tastes and dietary needs
Ensure all food complies with safety regulations and standards
Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
Work closely with management to create cost-efficient menu strategies
Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times
Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet quality expectations
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and flavor pairings
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
Strong communication skills for interacting with both the kitchen team and customers
A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is a plus

Salary: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour
