Description

Overseeing production line operations in line with company targets and quality standards.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Implementing effective resource management strategies.
Leading and motivating a team to reach production goals.
Coordinating with other departments to optimise production processes.
Monitoring equipment maintenance and managing any required repairs.
Reporting on production performance and any issues to senior management.MONDAY - FRIDAY 14:00 - 22:00

An experienced Production Team Leader/Supervisor, looking for progression, as well as:
