Role: Contact Centre Sales Team Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: £34,000-£36,000 + OTE

Office based, 5 days a week

Mon-Fri, shifts between 7am-8pm

Full Time, Permanent

CCA are proud to be partnered with a market leading UK brand who are looking to recruit a new Contact Centre Sales Team Manager.

You will lead and motivate a team of circa 15FTE sales advisors focused on outbound communications. The focus of this team is memberships renewals, ensuring customers enjoy a positive and seamless renewals experience. You will ensure your team hits it's sales targets and KPI's, motivating and driving them to succeed whilst delivering world-class customer service.

The role of Contact Centre Sales Team Manager:

Leading a team of circa 15 contact centre sales and retention advisors.
Implementing standards and best practice to ensure the team meets it's commercial objectives.
Develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Coach and mentor to get the best out of your team on a daily basis.
Consistently meet targets and drive your team to hit personal goals.
Ensure that all coaching is documented effectively, and coaching sessions are followed up regularly.
You will be required to deliver outstanding levels of customer service whilst achieving sales, productivity and retention targets.The Person:

Experience of a Team Manager/Leader role in an sales focused contact centre environment.
Ability to coach and develop people to reach their potential.
Experience of consistently hitting monthly targets in an inbound/outbound sales environment.
