Salary: £60,000- £75,000.

Location: Reading.

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Associate Partner on behalf of one of our clients.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial responsibility for your team
Business development – working with your network to secure repeat and new business
Development of your team – recruitment, training and development plans
Support the offices with cross office resources
Recruitment of strategic hires to grow your team
Support other teams across the offices with financial / strategic challenges
Supporting and promoting the company at industry events
Ensuring you keep up to date with legislation changes and disseminating across the business
Skills and qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role
Degree in a relevant subject
Evidence of continuous professional development
Proficient user of IT software packages
Salary: £60,000- £75,000.
