We’re looking for a committed and motivated person to provide excellent customer service for an award-winning social housing contractor.
The duties for this role will be to:
* Book appointments with customers for work to be carried out
* Advise tenants and residents with ongoing or future works that need to be carried out
* Escalate or Pass Though Calls to the appropriate department or manager
* Verifying and confirming customers information through answering incoming calls
* Resolve any customer queries and problems in a timely manner
* Any other duties as may reasonably by requested by the Customer Care Team Leader or Customer Care Manager
* Raise notes on the internal company IT system for use, as necessary, by office and field-based personnel

Preferred requirements:
* proven experience in administration within a commercial/ social housing environment (preferred but not required)
* excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
* exceptional customer service
* experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
* be a strong team player
