Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role:

Senior Quality Engineer - Automotive - £30.75/hr (Inside IR35) - 3 Months initial (potential for yearly renewal)

Position Description:
This role is part of the Engineering Quality team and will involve regular work across Warwickshire locations. As part of Engineering Quality, you will carry out problem definition for issues found during system simulation, rig testing and engineering fleet usage. This role will also learn from fleet data to address current car issues

Skills Required:
- The Engineer will carry out problem definition on all related Integrated Test Planning issues raised on all vehicle assessments.
- Experience of cross functional co-ordination capability in Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Quality.
- Strong, structured failure mode avoidance and problem-solving capability. Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables.

Experience Required:
- Previous experience of Vehicle Launch or Plant Vehicle operations including experience of delivery of problem resolutions in Engineering or Manufacturing within the automotive industry.
- Experience of cross functional co-ordination capability in Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Quality.
- Strong, structured failure mode avoidance and problem-solving capability. Knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures & deliverables.

Experience Preferred:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred & 6 sigma green belt

Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
