We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef to join a team in preparing delicious meals in a restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and be able to assist in meal preparation while adhering to food safety standards. This is a temp to perm opportunity not to be missed!  

The Role: 

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.  

Assist in the development of new menu items.  

Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.  

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.  

Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed. 

Follow proper food handling procedures and comply with food safety regulations. 

Competency in line cooking with cheques. 

Essential Requirements: 

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role. 

Knowledge of culinary technique and practices. 

Understanding of kitchen sanitation principles. 

Food and Hygiene Certification Level 2.

Salary and Hours 

26.5 hours per week (variable shifts) 

£11.44 per hour, with potential increase after 12 weeks.
