We have a new urgent role workng with a major Tier 1 contractor on a new build residential scheme in East London for a minimum 6 month contract.

Within this position you will be overseeing internal fit out packages on apartments from 2nd fix close out through to finishes/handover.

In order for applicants to be successful they must have a background managing similar packages for either major residential developers or main contractors.

This role will be interviewing this week with a view to start asap.

Manage internal fit out trades/subcontractor packages
Ensure a high standard of quality and safety on site.
Coordinate with the site team and suppliers to maintain project schedules & deliverables
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, addressing any issues promptly.
Liaise with the project team to ensure seamless integration of internal works with overall project progress.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
Previous experience working on major residential developments
Able to start immediately
