Location: Doncaster
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DoE) + Bonus

Are you an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor looking for a role with a clear pathway to Commercial Manager? Our client, a leading construction firm, is seeking a commercially minded QS to support key projects in Doncaster while developing the skills needed to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and procurement strategies.
Support contract management, valuations, and variations to optimize project profitability.
Conduct risk assessments and cost control under the guidance of senior team members.
Work closely with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Gain hands-on experience in commercial management, preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Familiarity with JCT & NEC contracts.

Desirables:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Working towards RICS or CIOB membership.
