What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting individuals with daily tasks like personal care, mobility, and meal preparation

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Keeping accurate records and working closely with families and healthcare teams

* Ensuring care is delivered with dignity, respect, and a personal touch

What You’ll Need:

* Social Care Wales registration (required)

* At least 6 months of experience in a similar care role

* Strong communication skills and a commitment to reliability

* Care Certificate
