Glasgow|Customer Service Advisor|£22,000|35 Hour Week|

CCA are working with an established Financial Services organisation in Glasgow who have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.As a Customer Service Advisor, your day to day duties will include being the first point of contact assisting with enquiries, providing support on all products or services and resolving any issues. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of service at all times.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

* Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

* Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and strive to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and enquiries.

* Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback to improve services.

* Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards and confidentiality.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

* Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, especially in challenging situations.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
