Our Client is a reputable legal firm currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Chinese-Speaking Residential Property Paralegal to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
  
Job Description:
As a Chinese-Speaking Residential Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in their residential property team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  
Managing and handling all aspects of the residential property conveyancing process.
Conducting due diligence and title investigations.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Providing excellent client service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  
To be successful in this role as a Chinese-Speaking Residential Property Paralegal, you should have:
  
Proven experience as a Residential Property Paralegal, with a focus on Chinese-speaking clientele.
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
