Alecto Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our Client's team in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the automotive industry, working with leading brands.

Pay: £28,000 - £40,000 per year

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.Location:

Basildon (must be able to commute to this location).Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.
Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment.
Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Participate in in-house and manufacturer-provided training.
Help maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.Requirements:

NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent certification.
Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
MOT tester qualification (desirable but not essential).What We Offer:

Competitive salary: £28,000 basic with an OTE of £40,000 (depending on efficiency).
