An exciting opportunity has arisen for Rating Surveyor to join a well-established property consultancy firm, specialising in a broad spectrum of surveying services, offering excellent benefits.

As a Rating Surveyor, you will manage a range of surveying tasks for a diverse clientele, spanning from individual private entities to regional and national organisations. This role can be full-time / part-time offering starting salary of 40,000 plus company car / car allowance and hybrid working option.

You will be responsible for:

Conducting business development activities to expand professional network.
Inspecting commercial properties and leisure businesses.
Advising clients on rateable values and mitigation strategies.
Submitting Checks and Challenges, preparing Council Tax appeals.

What we are looking for:

Strong track record in the relevant surveying work.
Track record in Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
