The Deputy Manager role involves:
Supporting the Registered Manager in achieving high standards of care.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
Leading and mentoring a team to deliver positive outcomes.
Ensuring legal responsibilities of the service and home are met.
Being flexible with working hours, including sleep-in duties.

The ideal Deputy Manager candidate will have:
A minimum of two years of operational experience in a health and social care setting.

A full UK driving licence.
A Level 3 qualification in social care is desirable but not essential.
