We are seeking an experienced Senior Authorised Person (SAP) with extensive expertise in high-voltage operations, specifically up to 400kV, to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale transmission and distribution projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out switching, isolations, and issue safety documents up to 400kV.

*

Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules, regulations, and industry best practices.

*

Perform risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) to support safe system operations.

*

Lead and oversee maintenance, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment

*

Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and control engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Essential Requirements:

*

Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status up to 400kV, with a strong understanding of electrical safety rules.

*

Extensive experience working on high-voltage transmission and distribution networks.

*

Proven track record in HV/LV switching operations and issuing safety documentation.

*

In-depth knowledge of Grid Code, Distribution Code, and electrical safety legislation.

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Desirable Qualifications:

*

HNC/HND or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

*

Experience in commissioning and protection systems for high-voltage networks.
