Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1-1 and small group support for students with severe learning difficulties and disabilities
Assist in managing SEMH challenges with patience and understanding
Collaborate with teachers to create a nurturing and effective learning environment
Foster independence, confidence, and social skills in students
Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A genuine passion for working with SEND students
Experience working in special or mainstream schools supporting children with learning difficulties and SEMH needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A calm, patient, and positive approach to supporting challenging behavior
