Job Title: Envelope Manager

They are seeking an experienced Envelope Manager to join the team team and manage the external façade and envelope works on a major city centre development. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of external envelope works, including façades, cladding, roofing, and glazing

* Manage subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to safety standards

* Liaise with design teams, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications

* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring envelope works align with overall project timelines

* Monitor budgetary constraints, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality

* Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site

* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship

* Troubleshoot issues promptly, implementing solutions to avoid delays

Key Requirements:

* Minimum of 4 years Site Management experience

* Proven experience in envelope or façade management

* Knowledge of cladding systems, roofing, and external finishes

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors

* Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential developments

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management or equivalent

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
