Job Title: Internal Communications Officer
Location: Hybrid – including travel to our Bradford office and occasional travel across the UK
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £34,000 per annum

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and creative Internal Communications Officer to join our dynamic team at Anchor. What does it mean to be an Internal Communications Officer at Anchor?

* Communication Campaigns: You’ll take the lead on exciting projects, managing all aspects of communication campaigns across internal channels that captivate and inspire our colleagues.

* Create Impactful Content: Develop compelling content across multiple channels, with the opportunity to engage audiences and make a meaningful impact.

* Reporting and Feedback: You’ll monitor and evaluate communication strategies, gathering feedback to continuously improve the way we engage with our colleagues.

* Event Support: You’ll help create exciting events at Anchor! Such as Leaders Live, Chef of the Year and our annual care conference, ensuring everything runs smoothly and providing an unforgettable experience.

* Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable using a wide range of digital tools and platforms to get your message across and engage your audience.

* Outstanding Communicator: You know how to speak to people and make them feel heard. You excel at offering constructive feedback, fostering collaboration, and inspiring those around you.

* Strategic Thinking: You’re not just creative; you use data and insights to refine and perfect your campaigns, always looking for ways to improve engagement and impact.

To be successful in this role we’d like you to have:

* A professional qualification in communications is desirable, with relevant training or experience and evidence of continued professional development.

* Experience in internal or stakeholder communications within a customer-facing, regulated environment.

* Knowledge of the older people’s housing and care sectors is highly advantageous.
