A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mechanical Design Engineer to join their forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about mechanical engineering and sustainability to make a real impact on cutting-edge projects.

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop mechanical systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing in commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
Collaborate closely with architects, electrical engineers, and sustainability consultants to deliver integrated mechanical solutions.
Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, IES).
Ensure compliance with mechanical engineering regulations, standards, and sustainable practices, including energy efficiency and renewable technologies.
Attend site visits and meetings, coordinating with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience or interest in building services design, particularly HVAC systems.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, IES).
Strong knowledge of mechanical standards and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
