We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our Technology Services team. This role is focused on driving growth in the UK Professional Services market by securing new clients and expanding relationships within our existing network.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for individuals with a background in IT/Technology recruitment (contract or permanent desks) who are keen to transition into a business development role. Your primary focus will be on providing professional staffing solutions, connecting clients with skilled professionals to support their internal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Identify and secure new clients while maximising opportunities within existing frameworks and accounts.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships to identify opportunities for staffing solutions.
* Revenue Generation: Drive annual revenue targets of £7M, earning uncapped commission (1% of revenue).
* Strategic Sales: Focus on selling staff augmentation services, not IT products, solutions, or SaaS.
* Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

* Recruitment Experience: Background in IT/Technology recruitment with expertise in staff augmentation (not product/software sales).
* Sales Expertise: Proven track record in securing new business and meeting sales targets.
* Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
* Flexibility: Remote working with occasional travel to meet clients.
