Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Technical Support Engineer – Boilers & Renewables will involve:

* Technical Support Engineer dealing with a range of heating solutions such as boilers, heat tanks and renewable heat pumps

* The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products

* The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal stakeholders

* Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions

* Carry out product training and familiarisation for both colleagues and customers

* Prompt and accurate reporting to the Customer Care Manager

* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer – Boilers & Renewables with:

* Must have a sound technical knowledge of various plumbing & heating associated product

* Ideally specifically in renewables, heat pumps and air sourced heat pumps however would be open

* Would consider engineer, installers, technical support, technical engineers, technical advisors, gurus within the industry

* Positive telephone manor with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manor

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Stable career history
