An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join this growing manufacturing company based in the heart of Lincolnshire and accessible from Peterborough, Spalding, Grantham, Newark, Boston, Wisbech, Kings Lynn and the surrounding areas.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Managing Director, the role of the Quality Manager will be to look after the complete quality function including plant quality, customer and supplier quality issues. Responsibilities include:

* Leadership of small quality team

* Internal Auditing

* Managing ISO9001 System

* Non conformance issues

* Supplier liaison

THE PERSON

In order to succeed in the role of Quality Manager you will need to have experience of leading a quality function within a manufacturing or engineering company. The role will require an organised quality professional who is either in a Quality Manager function or looking to step up from a Senior Quality Engineer role.
