Are you a leader with in-depth knowledge of regulations, standards, and safeguarding processes within the health and social care sector? Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Responsible Individual to spearhead operations for a new 5-bed children's home. This role is pivotal for maintaining high standards, meeting Ofsted requirements, and providing exemplary care.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Proven leadership and management skills, including financial oversight.

Ability to pass the Ofsted “fit” test.

Health and Social Care qualifications are highly advantageous.

A valid driving licence.
