Our well-established client based in the Tamworth area are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the HR Advisor role include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with management to resolve people challenges
* Prepare offer letters, contracts etc.
* Implement plans and training for development, monitoring any issues and resolving
* Providing support to managers to deal with any people challenges or compliance issues
* Working to agreed timescales
* Manage complex ER cases from start to finish
* Support in meetings including disciplinaries and grievances
* Support the recruitment process from preparing job adverts, to interviewing/offering candidates
* Manage the entire employment lifecycle
* Produce weekly reports and analysis
The ideal candidate for the HR Advisor role:
* Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
* Have proven HR experience, particularly dealing with complex ER cases
* Must have up to date knowledge on HR policies and procedures, as well as current Employment Law
* Have excellent IT skills including HR systems and Microsoft Package
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
