Long Term Futures are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in B70, West Bromwich. This rewarding role involves working closely with children to provide both academic and behavioural support, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with behaviour management strategies to help them achieve their full potential.
Deliver targeted interventions to address behavioural challenges and promote positive attitudes.
Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support emotional well-being and development.
Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications or experience in a behaviour mentor or teaching assistant role.
Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
Knowledge and experience of supporting children with behavioural, social, or emotional difficulties.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners.
