HR MANAGER

Our client is looking for a HR manager due to the expansion of the business, located in the North London, Enfield.
You will be working along the company's director and legal teams.

Your duties include: HR processes, policies, and procedures, regularly reviewing, updating, and communicating where appropriate, working alongside management to support with recruitment needs, career development, training, become an expert in supporting with HR matters. Frist contact with employee enquires and driving the department vision and practice forwards.

Requirements; CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, 2 / 3 years or more of experience in an HR Manager, working in a fast paced and innovative environment. Good knowledge of employment law, compliance and employee relations.

This is a full-time, permanent role office based, Enfield, onsite parking, £40k to £45k, progression and development, health care and 28days holidays.
