Handyperson/Maintenance Assistance Required (Commercial FM/Building Services).
Location – Merseyside, L24
Starting – Jan 2025
Duration – 3 months/ temp to perm if all goes well.
Hours – Mon to Fri, 8am till 5m
Hourly Rate - £17.00ph via umbrella (no cis/ltd).
 
Emergency lighting testing and remedial works
General electrical remedial works & fault investigation
Completing PPM's and Reactive tasks
Other works will involve general site fabric maintenance.
